From the East:
Rt. 22 West to Exit for Scotch Plains, Fanwood. The exit is about 200 feet after McDonalds. Go up the small hill and at the first light turn left onto Park Ave. and cross over Rt. 22. At Snuffy’s/Pantagis Restaurant, veer right and follow Park Ave. Park Ave. becomes Martine Ave. Go through five lights and follow Martine Ave. to South Ave. (Dunkin Donuts will be on your left). Turn left onto South Ave. Children’s Specialized Hospital-Fanwood Plaza is less than 1/2 mile on your left past the post office. Parking is in the rear of the building.

From the West:
Rt. 22 East to Exit for Scotch Plains, Fanwood (The exit is right after an Exxon station after the overpass). Follow Park Ave. Park Ave. becomes Martine Ave. Go through five lights and follow Martine Ave. to South Ave. (Dunkin Donuts will be on your left). Turn left onto South Ave. Children’s Specialized Hospital-Fanwood Plaza is less than 1/2 mile on your left past the post office. Parking is in the rear of the building.

From the South:
Garden State Parkway North to Exit 135, Westfield/Clark. Stay straight. Follow signs for Westfield. At the 2nd traffic light turn left but stay in the right lane. This will put you on Central Avenue (Shop-rite will be on your right and Target on your left). Continue on Central Ave. for 2.8 miles (you will go through a residential area). At the 6th traffic light turn left onto South Ave. Enter roundabout and take second exit onto NJ-28 W/South Ave. W. Follow for approximately 2 miles to Fanwood. Fanwood Plaza will be on your right just past the Sunoco Station. Parking is at the rear of the building.

From the North:
Garden State Parkway South to Exit 135, Westfield Clark. This will put you on Central Ave, Shop Rite will be on your right and Target will be on your left. Continue on Central Ave for 2.8 miles (you will go through a residential area). At the 6th traffic light turn left onto South Ave. Enter roundabout and take second exit onto NJ-28 W/South Ave. W. Follow for approximately 2 miles to Fanwood. Fanwood Plaza will be on your right just past the Sunoco Station. Parking is at the rear of the building.

By Railroad:
New Jersey Transit to Fanwood. The station is two blocks from Children’s Specialized Hospital-Fanwood Plaza; walk up the hill past Dunkin Donuts and Fanwood Plaza will be on your left.

By Bus:
From Newark, New York City, and points West, buses are operated by NJ Transit and travel on South Ave. with a stop in Fanwood.
