Additional Services
Case Management:
Our Social Worker partners with you to coordinate therapy, educational services and transition services. These services include, but are not limited to assistance in securing funding and transportation, developing a partnership with your child or adolescent’s school, accessing community resources such as the Department of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) and Department of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (DVRS) and coordinating transition plans.
Educational Services:
Patients may be eligible to receive educational instruction at the facility in our state approved Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) classroom.
On-site educational instruction is provided through a partnership with Union County Educational Service Commission.
The services are provided by highly qualified special education teachers who are trained in brain injury.
