In order to be eligible for Pediatric Medical Day Care, a child shall be between 3 months through 5 years of age and require continuous nursing services in a developmentally appropriate environment only available in a pediatric medical day care serving medically complex and/or technology dependent children. This might include:

• Ventilator dependent
• Tracheostomy
• Pulmonary insufficiency requiring position, suctioning, and/or chest physical therapy
• Tube feedings(NG, GT, JT)
• Hyperalimentation
• Diabetes
• Seizure Disorder requiring emergency medication administration
• Moderate persistent or severe persistent asthma requiring nebulizer treatments more than twice a day
• Intermittent bladder catheterization
• Ostomies
• Children who menifest a degree of behavioral disorder that causes us to reasonably believe that child is a danger to himself or others, or whose behavior would interfere with the health or safety or well being of other children, will not be admitted
• The child must have their own primary care physician available for consultation and to complete required forms
