Kohl’s associates and members of the Children’s Specialized Hospital Lightning Wheels team and Friday Night Fever program gathered to wrap hundreds of holiday presents and for the patients at PSE&G Children’s Specialized Hospital in New Brunswick. The group also celebrated Kohl’s generous contribution of $488,050 to Children's Specialized Hospital Foundation.

 

As part of the celebration, Kohl’s district manager, Lew Ferrero, joined the Kohl’s Associates in Action team to help wrap presents for the upcoming holiday party. Kohl’s commitment to PSE&G Children’s Specialized Hospital is made possible through the Kohl’s Cares® program, which raises funds for children’s health and educational opportunities through the sale of $5 books and plush toys. Net profits from the sales go to support children’s health and educational initiatives in the communities Kohl’s serves. Children’s Specialized Hospital’s Friday Night Fever and Lighting Wheels programs are also sponsored by Kohl’s.

 

Since 2000, New Jersey Kohl’s stores have donated $3,915,132 to Children’s Specialized Hospital. With Kohl’s support, the hospital has created a Kohl’s KidsAbilities program that promotes outreach, education, and activity for children with special needs.
