Patient Bill of Rights
Patients of Children's Specialized Hospital have inherent rights that are based on New Jersey state law and regulations. These rights are defined in our hospital's Patient Bill of Rights and apply to the patient as well as the person who has legal responsibility to make medical decisions on behalf of the patient.
The Patient Bill of Rights addresses the rights of patients and their caregivers in the following categories:
